I was in market for a luxury SUV and was considering the Audi Q8, BMW X6, and Mercedes GLE. Decided I would stop in and just check out what Lexus had to offer. Hughes greeted me with a smile and began asking questions about what was important to me and how Lexus could stand out in the field by not only delivering but exceeding my wants and needs. He was confident but never pressured. We drove a RX350 on that first visit and while I felt like it had a lot of the sought after features, I wasn't sure it was the right fit for me. I expressed this to him and he wa gracious in his response. He then suggested I drive the RX500h F Sport Performance as it he thought it might be more in alignment with what I was looking for. He was right. The rest of the process was painless and I still did not feel pressured. The entire experience was far from the days past of buying a car.
