I told Jack what I wanted...he found it and called me to come in and see it. I was out of town at the time so he showed the car to my son-in-law and worked with me and the dealership so I could have right come in and see it. This is my first Lexus after owning an Acura TL for over 12 years and was apprehensive at first to switch over to a Lexus being an extremely satisfied owner of an Acura (service - Acura Of Princeton, NJ). 12 years and was apprehensive at first to switch over to a Lexus being an extremely satisfied owner of an Acura (service - Acura Of Princeton, NJ). The people at Park Place Plano Lexus were extremely friendly and helpful during my visit there in October 2011. Since most of my inquiry was over the internet I dealt with Brian Safianow. Brian was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the Lexus ES350 and provided great information on the competitors (Infinity, Acura) that I was also considering. I was also able to take a test drive on both local roads and the PGBT for a considerable distance which helped me to make an informed decision. The features and luxurious interior of the Lexus far exceeded Acura and Infinity for the price. Brian was very forthcoming with any details that I requested and always ensured that it was indeed the information I was looking for. On the day of the vehicle delivery Brian made sure to stay back and explain all the features from the Audio system to the Navigation system and blue tooth setup and destination assist to make sure that I understood and was comfortable with the features. A couple of weeks later he both emailed/called back to follow up to make sure if everything was okay and offered to go over the features again. I would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus of Plano if they are looking a great car buying/leasing hassle-free experience. I know I would go back to them for my next car purchase. I don't think any other dealership can match their level of service and professionalism. PS: I just had my 1K mile service done (after sales service is extremely important to me) and the professionalism and courteousness of the service department personnel is both refreshing and second to none!
