Went to dinner Friday evening with a very close friend when my wife and I mention that we were extremely interested buying a new Lexus CT 200h. His product knowledge is encylopedic, and he goes above and beyond to make his client a satisfied customer. He took the time to go over every inch of the car with me, and made sure I understood everything about it before I left. When I got confused about something in the navigation system controls, he not only walked me through everything I needed to do, but got in a similar car and followed along with me to make sure he was telling me exactly what I needed to do! This is a good example of why I continue to be a Park Place Lexus customer -- their client care AFTER THE SALE. Calling to make sure I am enjoying the car. We did not feel pressured, and were able to make a decision at our own pace. After all the forms were signed and completed and it was time to get the keys, Eric must have spent an hour to go over all the controls and features that the car has (an impressive list, I might add), patiently explaining and demonstrating each one of them. Earlier, when he spotted a damaged floor mat overlooked by us, he promptly provided a new set as replacement. We appreciate the friendliness and professionalism. More
