Jimmy's gracious demeanor and confidence made the whole experience flawless. Actually, it was fun and we enjoyed a lot of laughs. I knew I had made a friend. Having many friends who own Lexus vehicles, I knew even before I visited Park Place Lexus that the product is the best in the industry. What I didn't know was that I would be treated like royalty in this dealership. I don't think that better customer service could exist.
