My car buying experience at PPL was a by far the best I have every had. I was lucky enough to meet Pat Vannozzi (sales) at an earlier occasion and simply asked him to keep me in mind if a great deal on a have every had. Shortly thereafter he made me aware of a new arrival that met my needs and fit the bill perfectly. Pat was great to work with. He was easy going, and his personality made me feel very comfortable. I knew I was not only getting the honest information I needed to make an informed decision, and his knowledge about the car itself was a huge help as well. Pat and the management stood by and addressed any and all concerns, going above and beyond on making sure the car that I decided on was one they were proud to sell me. The dealership itself is obviously second-to-none from the sales folks, to the service staff and facility. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and is obviously customer-service-oriented and client centered. The facility is comfortable and easily accessible.
