I had a very poor experience at Sewell Lexus, so my "new car purchase" experience was seriously diminished and, frankly, I was ready to look at completely different car makes (Volvo, Audi, etc). After the awful experience at Sewell where I was dismissed, overlooked, talked down to and generally made to feel like a nuisance - what a refreshing thing to be spoken to with respect and as if my business mattered. Kenneth and Nicole worked to get me into the car that I absolutely loved and I drove away with my dream car! They were an absolute delight and pleasure to work with.
