As to price, I think most car buyers think they left some money on the table, but I feel if you get close enough to the price your willing to pay then you should be happy. My wife had been talking about a Lexus for awhile and we had decided on buying a later model Certified pre owned Lexus. I had originally called another dealer and they were not to helpful and acted like I was not going to buy anything anyway so why bother with me. I kept looking and I found a car at Park Place I wanted to inquire about and I got Tony Acosta on the phone. We hit it off and he told me to come on to Plano and he would let me test drive what ever we wanted to look at. That was a Friday and we showed up on Saturday and looked at the Pre owned Lexus ES 350. We decided to take it and we were going to pick it up the next week, but in the meantime on Sunday my wife and I talked it over and we decided to go ahead and buy a new 2011 ES 350. I called Tony and told him we had a change of plans and he said that was no problem. I told him I wanted to deal with him on the new sale and he told me he could do that. He found one coming in that week on a transport like one we wanted with the options we wanted. Tony never rushed us and wanted us to make sure we had the Lexus that WE wanted.
