It was my first time to visit and to buy a Lexus car at Park Place Lexus at Plano. I only intended to look at their selection of pre-owned models and at what prices. I was given a very relaxing sales atmosphere, very friendly and accomodating sales person by the name of Kelli Hansen that I ended up driving home a 2008 GS350 car that same day. She spent extra time briefing me on all the available on-site facility for maintenance and service. The financing process went reasonably quick as well that I left the dealership a few minutes once the price was agreed. I waited about 2 weeks after purchasing this vehicle before providing this review. I can still say I love the driving comfort, quality of handling and overall feel of this vehicle and no concerns to report. Kelli checks up with me to make sure there are no issues that need to be corrected. Very happy and satisfied with my experience with this dealeship. More

Joel and Park Place Lexus made the best of a bad situation. My old Lexus had a part go out that was going to cost almost more than the car was worth. I showed up after hours at Park Place after a negative interaction with a sales person at another dealership. My intentions were to walk the lot on my own to see if I could find something that would bring interaction with a sales person at another dealership. He was there to educate me on my options and find the best deal for my wants and needs so I could drive off in a perfect little IS 250.
