I thought my Houston Lexus dealer was the best car buying and maintenance experience I had ever enjoyed. Then, when what I wanted to buy was not available in Houston, I was forced to reach out to other deale and maintenance experience I had ever enjoyed. Then, when what I wanted to buy was not available in Houston, I was forced to reach out to other dealers in Texas and got a quick quote from Park Place Lexus. Dean McCaskill sent me information, pictures, and a great quote. He set up a pre trade meeting and got the car ready so we could drive up and do the deal and drive back to Houston in a day. He excelled in all efforts and succeeded in getting all of our wish list rapidly completed. This in itself is far above the norm even at a Lexus dealership but what takes this to 5 star is just how calm, nice, attentive and professional Dean was to a couple he had never met.
