We were greeted warmly by several individuals, but expressed that we were "just looking" and did not need a salesperson. However, we had several specific questions and were introduced to Douglas Bazurto. Douglas answered our questions and shared information that greatly increased our interest in the purchase or lease of a Lexus. We were particularly impressed with data on dependability, safety features and value. As we transport grandchildren in our vehicle, the safety features were of great importance in considering a new vehicle. He showed us around the entire facility, which was most impressive. After five visits to Park Place and numerous hours with Douglas, we made the decision to lease an NX300. We are very happy with our vehicle, the dealership and Douglas. More

The best experience we ever had at a car dealership I called to look at a 2017 RX350 that was on you website and I spoke with Herb Simonsen. He was great to talk to and very informative. My wife and I were going to schedule a test drive on the weekend. Called Herb back later and after talking decided to look at the vehicle that night. We live in Keller and we would have to drive out after work in the evening. Herb said he was already out of the office for the day but would set me up with someone to look at the RX350. Kelli Hansen called me in a little while and we scheduled a time to meet. We met Kelli that night and had a great experience. Kelli is a great person and a great person to work with. We decided to buy the 2017 RX350. It was close to closing time and Kelli had to complete the paperwork the next day. Kelli worked with us that day to make sure that everything was completed so we just had to come in and sign. Kelli made the buying experience easy and fun. Kelli had everything ready on Saturday when we went to sign and pick it up. Kelli had another customer and asked Herb to show us all the features of the 2017 RX350. Herb was excellent. We have never had anyone go through the features of a vehicle. We have bought many cars before and we have to say that This has been the best experience.
