Park Place Lexus Plano

Easiest car buying process ever! I have purchased many cars from a variety of dealerships. I have even purchased from the “no haggle” used car lot. My experience at Park Place was beyond all expectations. Not counting the test drive, I spent a max of 20 mins in the dealer. I was able to submit my request and initial offer online. My request initially went to Grapevine which is 40 mins from my home. To make the process easier, Brett Stein from Plano contacted me within no time. He routed my request to the closer dealer for my comfort and ease. When we arrived Brett had the desired car pulled aside. After a few moments of intros, he took my DL to make a copy and we were off and test driving. Brett was not pushy, very informative, and very knowledgeable. We told him we were still shopping and he respected that. The next morning we texted him at 9am that we made a decision and by 11:30am we had a car to pick up. I emailed Ryan saying ”yo dude I’m ready” and responded with perfect. He couldn’t have been more right with saying perfect, because that’s how the entire experience was. I came in that night and Ryan was with a client so he introduced me to Brett and Brett was just as awesome as Ryan. I’d even go as far to say they are a power duo. Anyways getting off track, so they made the numbers work and honestly got me into an incredible vehicle. The Lexus IS 350 with mark levy. We had some great laughs and they made the whole experience feel personable. I couldn’t be happier and I recommend these guys to everyone and anyone.
