He would touch base with me to let me know he was available to answer any questions as weeks went by (but not annoyingly!). I actually came back to Park Place to purchase due to his patience and kindness during all of our interactions. I have felt ignored before by salespeople but Gabriel made me feel welcomed each time. I have been working with Dean for about 8 months before buying my new car. I just came into Park Place Lexus one day inquiring about a few models. I let Dean know that I was not ready to buy, but wanted to start looking just in case my car gave out unexpectedly. Our conversation/ test drive that day was 3hrs. He gave me all the information I wanted/ needed about the models I was interested in. He took so much time out his day just to make sure I was informed despite the fact that I was not planning on coming back soon. Flash forward to 8 months later, my car crapped out, time for a new car. I contacted Dean asking about a particular model in my price range, he immediately responded and we scheduled a test drive. I wanted to be absolutely sure of my purchase (seeing this was the first car I was buying) and so did Dean. Dean pulled up a list of other vehicles that were in my price range that I might also be interested in and we started test driving those. I test drove 6 six cars and sat in 2 others (long story short, I ended up purchasing the car I test drove first). Even the paperwork/ financing experience was top notch. He is an advocate for you 100% when it comes to negotiating the right price for you. I even ended up financing with Park Place Lexus cause they were able to beat the institution I was already pre-approved with. The whole experience from begging to end was smooth. Dean truly wants to help his clients get the best deal on the car they want. He is NOT GIMMICKY in any way whatsoever. Not once did he try to up sell me, or pressure me into making a decision. He made sure I purchased the warranties that were in my budget, but still covered me incase life happens (cause we all know it does). Dean McCaskill went above an beyond to make sure my experience was special and personalized. As a first time car buyer, I do not have any doubts about my purchase. I drove off that lot ecstatic, but more importantly; confident that I had made the right purchase for me. More
