My wife and I made a 562 mile round trip from Sugar Land two days later to buy this vehicle. Daniel made sure that the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was in pristine condition. He handled all of the paperwork and purchase agreement himself. This was also the cleanest auto dealership that we have been to, and everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. In just a few hours after arriving, we were driving back home to Sugar Land. We were extremely impressed with Daniel and with Park Place Lexus Plano. So Douglas brought the car over to make sure the car fit in my garage. I was to pick up the car on Monday. We had hail that morning so the car I was buying had a little damage. Again Douglas was at my house with a loaner car. He made sure my car was repaired and brought it over this morning. I have been a Lexus customer since the RX 330 was introduced.
