He was absolutely amazing, took the time to find a car that I needed and worked within my budget. I was in and out of the dealership with a brand new car in less than three hours. He didn't pressure my decision, and once my decision was made, he ensured that I received every feature I desired on my new NX 300 and every advantage possible. After the purchase he patiently explained how to operate all the new navigation system and other features that I did not have on my previously owned NX. His instruction was thorough and he was so patient! Also he stayed and set up my vehicle's settings so I could simply drive home and enjoy my brand new beautiful NX 300. Everyone seemed nice and helpful, and the cars were breathtaking - I basically had an idea (sort of) about what I want for my "first ever" car, but I still had a lot of qualms, doubts and hesitations especially since I have zero experience in driving and very little knowledge about automobiles (but I would soon be on the road and am enrolled in one-on-one driving lessons, so I wanted what's best for my needs - and I am looking for a first car that can also "give me peace of mind" while I build that "confidence" on the road). Adam was a blessing though, and I am pleased that he was the one who assisted us, as he was very consultative (there were no sales pitches, just pieces of advice from an experienced driver/ sales professional/ dealer), yet he was also warm and friendly (like a mentor/father/friend). I have been with the Customer Service Industry in different functions (for 14+ years), and I am a customer myself, therefore I know when someone is being sincere or if someone is just saying what "you wanna hear". Adam is sincere and truthful, yet also candid and honest; and he took care of me and my Hubby the best way he could, despite the fact that we got there at 4pm (and the dealership closes an hour after). I am happy (my new car is so "handsome" lol 🤣 I named him "Kahel" which translates to "Orange" in my hometown). My hubby is happy too (and this was the 1st ever positive experience he had with a dealership). Adam really made sure to give us a positive and memorable customer experience. I am thankful! If we would give him a rating of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, we would give him a 20 (or 30, 15 from me and 15 from Hubby so that's 15/10 which meant we are 150% satisfied, if that is even mathematically possible). I think that would say it all. More
