It has to be the most picturesque and beautiful Lexus Dealership in the United States. The best part of my experience at this facility was getting to work with Jae. He was so patient and kind every step of the way. I am a very detail-oriented person who asks a ton of questions. Typically, I also know what I want and don’t need to be persuaded. Jae never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. In fact, I was so relaxed and at ease through the entire buying process that I was able to enjoy the amenities and appreciate the experience. Jae quickly put together a very fair deal and the transaction was expedient. Don let us drive and try different models till we found the right model. He also checked in with us to find the right make model and color. He then let us test drive again. He made sure that we got the right car we wanted just by letting us experience the cars. We got to decide what was best for us.
