He made himself available without delay for every appointment request. He answered all of our questions with thorough research and photographs where appropriate. Frankly, some of my questions might have been considered obtuse by a lesser salesperson but Dean took my concerns to heart and did his best to resolve every issue in a most timely manner. Douglas (our sales adviser) was so professional, patient, and he knows a lot about Toyota-Lexus cars... and he speaks Spanish too. It took us some days to confirm our decision, and I never felt any pressure or was saturated with calls. He understood very well our situation... and here we are, with our new car!
