Douglas (our sales adviser) was so professional, patient, and he knows a lot about Toyota-Lexus cars... and he speaks Spanish too. It took us some days to confirm our decision, and I never felt any pressure or was saturated with calls. He understood very well our situation... and here we are, with our new car!
