Great Service and No B.S. This year we bought our 4th Lexus from Park Place and 2nd one from Adam. 3 years ago, when we needed to replace our older SUV, we met Adam. This yea This year we bought our 4th Lexus from Park Place and 2nd one from Adam. 3 years ago, when we needed to replace our older SUV, we met Adam. This year we had to replace our older Lexus and it wasn't a question for us, we only went to Adam at Park Place. Adam is straight forward and to the point. While he has great stories along the way, there's no B.S. getting the deal done. We knew what we wanted and he put the deal together and got it approved. Would gladly recommend him and if we had to replace one of our vehicles, we would only use him again. When we bought our last SUV, we went to several luxury brands. Having experienced Park Place Lexus' service over the last 19 years, we knew what great service looked like. While others have good service and people, none compared to Park Place. This has been reinforced with conversations we've had with friends who have bought other luxury brands in the area. Park Place is just that good. Park Place has excellent service and they stand behind everything they do. Have gladly gone back to them each time for service and new vehicles. More

The next communication was when Don let me know my new car was at the dealership. New ES was exactly to my specifications. Process was streamline and convenient. Bad Customer Service No Follow Up I must say my experience with ParkPlace was surprisingly bad. I first dealt with this dealership in 2014. Purchased a GS350 F SPORT. David Broadben I must say my experience with ParkPlace was surprisingly bad. I first dealt with this dealership in 2014. Purchased a GS350 F SPORT. David Broadbent was my sales person and did a good job in negotiating and getting me what I wanted. So 36 months later, of course I come back to David to be treated like he didn't even know who I was. LOL..I was told "I will call you with numbers" never received a call back. So time goes by and hubby says just contact the GM or another sales person. So I did. I contacted Tremayne S. who stated he was a manager..blah..blah..blah. spoke with him 1 time and he never followed up negotiated or anything. I guess he felt I wasn't serious about a car purchase. Ok so that leads me to continue trying to give this dealership a chance, since I am down the street from them. Daniel Moore who is an Internet Sales manager, starts to assist me. Again, I guess these people didn't take me serious. At lease Daniel kept in contact somewhat. My schedule is a bit hectic so I asked if he could bring me the car, his response, "we don't do that". Ok No Problem. I am done at this point. I go to Sewell Dallas. From the start I am assisted communication on point. Negotiations on point...All of this through email and phone. Oh yes and they came from Dallas to bring me the car to drive. Park Place its sad you didn't get my business, and maybe my business doesn't matter. Maybe you are so full that one customer means nothing. Your money must be pretty long...Shame on You...Well this customer will tell everyone to take their business to Sewell. I was approved and will be picking my vehicle up this week. More
