2018 RXL-ParkPlace Lexus rocks! We were in the market shopping for a decent sized SUV ( preferably 7 seater crossoveR) and assessed several luxury brands until RXL was announced late We were in the market shopping for a decent sized SUV ( preferably 7 seater crossoveR) and assessed several luxury brands until RXL was announced late fall 2017....Impressed with the body style and extra room built with luxury features from Lexus, was just waiting to own it....I walked into ParkPlace a week agO and Thanks to Brett Stein(Sales) for making my experience pleasant & seamless through out the process....Brett was not only extremely knowledgeable on Lexus brands but also quick to explain and resolve all the questions technical and funtional through out the process including my trade-in(Mercedes/ParkPlace Dallas). Closed the deal on my second visit and very respectful....I would definitely recommend to my friends and family who might be in the market in future!..This kind of reception & luxury experience expected from ParkPlace is the reason I continue to be a Preferred ParkPlace customer since 2010.. Kudos to Brett....(we share a common trait being good at math :)) More

Return of phone calls and email Robert Gabriel, Lease Retention Manager of this dealership has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Let's say I never dealt with. He would email about my lease being up in 6 months and I reply and ask questions on it and what can they offer me when the lease is up. I get no response from him and this is the beginning of the year. Last week he calls and left me a voicemail about some possible options I have when my lease is up and to call him back. I call him back and left a voicemail for him to call me back, still no response. This guy is a waste of time. Dealing with this guy is a joke. Park Place, get your act together and have your guys respond to customers when they return your email and calls. More

He was honest, thorough and genuine in his approach to assisting me in choosing the vehicle I wanted. His ability to answer all of my questions about the car and provide a clear picture of what the financing would look like, was extremely beneficial. Kudos to Samuel for winning a new customer to Park Place Lexus! We previously purchased our first two Lexus vehicles at Sewell and had good experiences. However, we decided to use Park Place this time due to the salesperson at Sewell being unable to spend the needed time with us so that we could make the right decision. I also believe his behavior wasn’t genuine which caused him to fail at anticipating my needs. On the contrary, Samuel was totally into making sure we had an experience that would encourage us to tell others. Goodbye Sewell and hello Park Place! This car was for my wife and she is texting me today saying how much she loves her new NX300! If Lexus manufactured a “manly” SUV, I’d get one today.
