I have been a Park Place customer for many years and will continue to be. I leased an Lexus RX350 from Don Mitchell. I love my car so far, may plan to purchase it at the end of the lease. Rather he explained things in detail and helped me make a decision to purchase a new car. I couldn’t be happier! We own a new 2019 Lexus NX purchased new for my wife. We had an excellent purchase experience as well as service experience afterwards until last year. We received extensive hail damage and elected to have our repairs done at the dealership through Park Place Body Werks at the end of December 2023. I was assured by my adviser, Adam Perry, that he would contact Toyota Financial for approval of repairs so that our extended warranty for body damage would be approved for reimbursement. By the time I discovered this was never done as promised, it was too late to receive reimbursement costing me $1,000 out of pocket. I contacted the dealership asking to speak with the General Manager twice only to be forwarded to a voicemail where I left my contact information never to receive a return call. I never expressed being angry or upset and only mentioned wanting to have a conversation about a resolution leading to a new purchase. I later discovered that the dealership had changed ownership. This would have never happened with the prior ownership. I was told by a previous employee that many customers have been dissatisfied since the ownership change. I do not know about other customers, but I certainly am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied to the extent that I will no longer be visiting this dealership for future business. It has taken me this long to make a decision and post a review because I do not take making a negative review lightly. Hopefully things have gotten better in the past 6-7 months. More

Received car back unwashed, considering it was clean going into dealership. Secondly, poor quality in painting touch ups. At least the fixed, in the end, But then see the dirty car.
