After my service I stopped in and talked to Ken Madrid and I ended up purchasing a new car from Ken! I purchased a 2024 BX 350 Hands down Ken was excellent! Very patient and kind and not pushy. Rather he explained things in detail and helped me make a decision to purchase a new car. I couldn’t be happier!
