Thank you for the response. While I see it differently, I respect the reply and have referred the full matter to Lexus GE and Asbury Auto, both of which I trust to review it fairly and objectively. I’ll note that an identical response appeared on my Google review before being removed, which I found weird. I’m content to let that process run its course. Thank you again!
