Veronica in the Service Department,, service attributes leaves much to desire. She has left me on hold on several occasions and did not come back to the phone nor try to reconnect. She has made promises (key word promises not just one time) which she did not keep. It was so bad that I had to actually come to the dealership to get a reply about the status of my car, as she promise to call me back before COB. When I arrive at the service department she was leaving for the day, bags pack... However, upon me asking why she did not call me back? She spoke an obvious untruth and told me she was just about to call me. Lastly I have gotten loaners before and I am a very mature man, yet she spoke to me about the restrictions of the loaner like I was a kid. I finally had enough of her inconsistencies, disrespect and lack of customer service. I demanded another customer service representative. I met with Russel on my most recent visit and It was like night and day. Thank you Russel for restoring my faith in Arlington Park Place Mercedes Benz service department. I would advise anyone to think twice about having Veronica as there service manager. I also left a message with the Service Manager on several occasions and he never call me back as well. I was recently involved in a car collision, and my old Mercedes was totaled; so this brought me to look for a new Mercedes. I ended up purchasing a the exact same car I was previously driving: the GLC 300 Mercedes was totaled; so this brought me to look for a new Mercedes. A gentleman named Femi was my sales rep. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt like he took good care of me. More
I went to Park Place for installation of front left and right reflectors that I had purchased from eBay. My service advisor explained that the Mercedes mechanic could not install them because they were not right reflectors that I had purchased from eBay. My service advisor explained that the Mercedes mechanic could not install them because they were not OEM Mercedes parts due to liability concerns. However, he kindly offered to help install them for me himself at no charge. The fact that he had already installed one of the aftermarket reflectors showed me he genuinely wanted to help. He also explained that the aftermarket reflectors did not have a secure snap-on connector and might only be a temporary fix. While moving my car, he noticed the “Service A” light was on, and I decided to proceed with the maintenance and replace the reflectors with genuine Mercedes OEM parts instead. My service advisor, Jose Villarreal, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to help with the reflectors, scheduled same-day maintenance, and even made multiple phone calls to get me the best price possible. I really appreciated his honesty, effort, and outstanding customer service. More
Our experience with Jorge was, honestly, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no handshake (The only reason he shook my husband’s hand w dealership experience I’ve ever had. We felt more like a burden than customers. I had to be the one to ask well can we run numbers to see what the payment would be like? To make it worst when it was getting late, he didn’t even want to run our credit application he told us to come back the next day, until I mentioned that we had driven over an hour to get there. After leaving and having to come back, he still didn’t offer something as simple as water. He repeatedly told us the contract would be ready in 5–10 minutes, then went to the front and sat on his phone while we waited well over an hour. Even after everything was finally signed, there was no congratulations or appreciation for our business. If it wasn’t for the fact that my husband really wanted the car, I would have walked away and never given this dealership (Jorge) our business. I would not recommend this location, and especially not Jorge. This was not customer service at all. Their website states: “At Park Place Motorcars of Arlington, your satisfaction is our top priority. From the moment you arrive, one of our knowledgeable Sales Experience Managers or Assistant Service Managers will help you every step of the way.” Unfortunately, that was not our experience in any way.
