You can see what is available and get a very good idea of what the market price should be. I like this because I travel on business most of the time and have very little time to shop. I needed a new car. I shopped the Dallas area inventories on-line and found several cars that fit my needs. The car at the top of that list was located at Park Place Motorcars, Arlington. I had a few minutes available so I drove there and was met by Marco Lopez. He set me up for a quick test drive. I told him I would be trading in my current car in the transaction. He took several pictures of my car with his cell phone. I was out of town the next week, so I contacted Marco via email. I asked for his best "turn-key" deal net of my trade-in. We came to an agreement, and I provided a credit card for a payment to hold the car.. I told him I would be in later that week to complete the deal and pick up my new car. He provided me with some of the information he would need at closing, which I was able to take care of on-line. That Friday, I went to the dealership, signed a few papers, made payment, and drove my new car off the lot. I spent less than thirty minutes at the dealership to conduct the entire transaction. I have dealt with Park Place before, so I know I will experience on the very best service after the sale. If you go to Park Place Arlington, ask for Marco Lopez. He will take excellent care of you... Keith met me on the lot and was both friendly and informative without being pushy. Keith was very accommodating with the entire process. Keith had my trade appraised while we went and test drove the car. They were very fair in their appraisal. We made the trade. My new GLE350 I walked into the dealership planning on only to look. I honestly was more interested at the time in the BMW X5. I was looking for a new SUV. I hav I walked into the dealership planning on only to look. I honestly was more interested at the time in the BMW X5. I was looking for a new SUV. I have driving a 7-8 passenger SUV for several years and was looking to downsize. I met Ed that morning and he was there to answer questions without pushing me. I test drove the GLC and the GLE. Both were great and comfortable to drive. I was totally surprised and at that time started to really consider Mercedes. Then to my surprise, I was allowed to drive each SUV solo. I drove the GLE first. Brought it to my house and pulled it into my garage. I was heading back to the dealership and realized how comfortable I was in this vehicle. I drove off with the GLC and only got about 5 minutes away when I turned back around. Though the GLC was comfortable to me I felt more like the GLE was calling to me. I am sure I drove Ed crazy with going back and forth with my color choices but he never showed it. He explained all my options to me and didn't hound me for a answer. This is probably by far my most easy experience with looking and buying a new vehicle. More
