He educated us on the car choices we were interested in, as we had never owned a Mercedes before. Ken gave us exceptional customer service and was a pleasure to work with. Ken was patient, explained features and details about the car, and there was no high pressure sales or made to feel we were taking up his time. We took some time to think about our purchase, went back and Ken worked with us on our purchase of a new GLC300, the entire process went very smooth, the Service Department and everyone at the dealership are great.
