Experience at park place arlington My Initial experience with Park Place Arlington wasn't a pleasant one. I interacted with a salesman who I felt wasn't helpful or really didn't care if My Initial experience with Park Place Arlington wasn't a pleasant one. I interacted with a salesman who I felt wasn't helpful or really didn't care if he sold me a car or not. I believe if a customer is there to purchase a car, and the one desired is not within their price range- other options should be options that could be great cars and the customer just haven't thought out. This salesman was unfriendly, sometimes rude to me. He might have felt that I didn't look like someone that could afford or drive mercedes benz, this might be a training issue or the salesman just didn't really care to make any sale. I would name the salesman but unsure if that is appropriate I called a few days later and talked to Marco Lopez, who was GREAT!!, very relatable, good attitude and patient. He helped me through my buying process without any issues. I had a great experience with him because he struck me as someone that was there for the customer and just not to make another sale and profit. I love the car that I got and would recommend Marco Lopez for his professionalism and ensuring that I had a good experience on my second visit to park place arlington. More

CPO Purchase I'd researched the market for quite some time for a CPO MB E350. The E350 at Park Place Arlington was EXACTLY what I wanted. After much thought and co I'd researched the market for quite some time for a CPO MB E350. The E350 at Park Place Arlington was EXACTLY what I wanted. After much thought and consideration I decided to go ahead and visit Park Place Arlington to make my purchase. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and offered assistance. The initial salesperson wasn't able to help because of a scheduled upcoming appointment, but he did locate the E350 that I wanted to see. He then introduced me to Ed Shaffer. Ed was nice and professional throughout the entire buying process. Because I visited on a late Saturday afternoon (near closing time) I wasn't able to drive off in my new car. However, early Monday morning Ed contacted me regarding financing details and that he'd have the car cleaned and fueled for pick up. Once I arrived, everything was seamless. Ed even took time to walk me over to the client lounge area, the service desk and then throughly gave me an overview of the features and functions of the car. Great job guys!! Park Place Arlington has high standards which they clearly strive to maintain. I have high expectations of Park Place Arlington and hope these standards continue throughout the ownership of my E350.
