Smoothest car buyer experience ever Exactly as the title states, this was hands down the easiest car buying experience I've had. From our initial inquiry and offer, finalizing the detai Exactly as the title states, this was hands down the easiest car buying experience I've had. From our initial inquiry and offer, finalizing the details of warranty and trade-in, to driving off the lot, there was zero pressure, zero confusion and zero hassle. Clyde was our single contact from start to finish, no shuffling around to different departments to hear about this thing or that upgrade, etc., etc. He responded quickly to our emailed questions and gave us a full feature tour of our purchase onsite. He was completely transparent with the offer and final pricing, there was no surprise charges or fees on the invoice. Additional warranties and services weren't presented with pressure and fear tactics, just straight information and facts. We received a complete tour of the dealership and a walk through of all services available to us as Park Place customers. We've purchased several new vehicles for various big DFW dealerships and none have compared in terms of ease of service, speed of transaction and peace of mind post deal.
