I purchased my new vehicle from the internet picture (never test drove it, did not even power it on until 25 days after purchasing. I assumed it had updates that were listed in the advertisement but come to find out when it was time to sign those items were all add on’s) i was made to feel like i was purchasing a unique vehicle but the whole time events were set up in place for Park Place to benefit from advertising of my sold vehicle. I want to say i am offended that there was more energy put into a individual who did not buy this vehicle who seem to be “more promotion suitable person by race ” Vs to do a photo shoot of the person who actually purchased the vehicle. As of now my temporary tag expire 12/9 but no plates have been delivered. My mud flaps are loose, my mirror is still messed up (from when it sat in the mall for promotion and consistently damaged daily), my navigation was never programmed, dirty inside (was supposed to be detailed but was not) and i had to drive back to get my logo projectors on and lastly the truck had more mileage when it was time for me to pick the vehicle up almost a month later then what is on the purchase paperwork. This has been nothing but a inconvenience to me and i have been made to feel like my concerns are unreasonable when i purchased a 2021 And it was not in perfect condition. This whole experience has been exhausting and disappointing as i thought i would be getting the upmost experience and upscale treatment and that is STILL not the case. If my truck was inspected at the time (as stated by the GM it would have been in pristine condition (which was promised), i wouldn’t find loop Holes .. a inspection was NEVER done. Lack of effective communication, having the customer having to CONTINUE to follow up on a vehicle that was purchased 20 Days prior and not going the extra mile making sure things are handled is why this review is being written. In closing, I’m just not convinced that Park Place respects my time or money at this point. The only thing i wanted in the beginning was a perfect brand new pink GLA250 and 5 star customer service. Unfortunately that has not been my experience. More
