I tried to get my vehicle fixed but it was going to cost a lot of money. After realizing I was going to pay a large sum of money, I decided to go with the first choice vehicle that I really wanted. So I called Winston Holyfield, who had given me his card several months prior to needing a vehicle. I told him what I wanted to do and he said come in and see me. The showroom and the people there were so nice and very accommodating. When I met with him he mediately turned his attention to my preferences and needs. He took time to talk about everything that I needed know to be informed about my soon to be purchase. The next day, I was in my new vehicle and leaving the dealership very happy and very satisfied. Since that day the response to any needs that I may have are quick and I appreciate the service and the professionalism that is shown to me. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left in our new CLA 250, my husband and I were impressed with everything that Park Place Motorcars had to offer. Bryan Chaffee, our New car sales consultant was quick to seat us down and hear us out. With his in-depth knowledge on the products and his excellent pitch, we were sold. There was not anything that he left out in his sales session. He wowed us with the initial sit down and even more with his well balanced candor and professionalism. Park Place Motorcars would be hard pressed to find a more well suited consultant to match and exceed everything that they stand for. We never felt pressured or rushed to commit to the car and that is something that we definitely appreciated. At the end of the sales session, we felt that we were buying into a lifestyle more than just a car. We would also like to mention the efforts of their finance department staff. Credit must be given where credit is due and they did everything they could to make the 'business' aspect of things smooth, understandable and quick for us. I am also extremely analytical and research oriented - just by profession - again the point is I did my homework well about the pricing, features and models (ok I think so)...not lets come to the point. These guys just changed my impression about car dealers and agents...hope that summarizes it all. Details - I worked with Justin, who is extremely courteous, detailed, to the point, besides not being pushy and offering the best price (compared to other dealerships). He just does not fit into the role of a traditional car sales guy...in a good sense, if you know what that stereotype means. The Finance guy was very brief and precise, his suggestions made sense and again was not pushy at all. No flashy words - I will definitely like to work with these guys again. More

When it became apparent that they didn't have a used vehicle, I inquired if Shilo could handle the purchase of a new vehicle. Shilo handled the search and purchase of my choice. The car was not yet at the dealership so I wanted a few days for delivery. Shilo came back to the dealership on his day off to deliver the car, which I very much appreciated. His easy going approach is something you don't often find at a car dealership. Park Place and the employees I had contact with during the purchase and delivery exceed all my expectations.
