From the time I walked in until the time I left with my new Mercedes my entire experience has been nothing but the best experience I could have every asked for. Mark greeted me immediately and was personable, friendly, polished and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and shared a great deal of information on the Mercedes I was looking at. There was nothing Mark did not know. Everyone treated me like they wanted my business and that I was a valued potential customer. I came in with no intention of buying a new car that evening. I had a BMW for years and had decided to go back to BMW. I also test drove an Audi and Cadillac. I decided to go and see what Mercedes had to offer and I am glad I did. I arrived at Park Place late in the evening and did not leave until around 8:50pm after everyone had gone home except Mark and myself. Mark stayed and did not rush me out. Mark would had stayed as long as he needed. He treated me like he sincerely wanted my business and would be there for me however long it took. I can honestly say hands down that Mark and the entire staff at Mercedes is by far the most professional, well dressed and personable dealership staff than any dealership I have ever been in. Then going thru finance with Brian Podor was a breeze. I never thought it would be that easy. Brian too was very professional and explained fully everything I needed to know about financing my new Mercedes. What a life-enriching experience. I have already told all my friends and co-workers and I would recommend Mark and Park Place to everyone. I believe from this day forward I will only go back to Mark and Park Place. First Time Buyer This experience was nothing like what I expected it to be. From the first time I walked into the dealership I was promptly greeted and given every piece of advice and help I needed. I had never purchased a vehicle before and I half expected some pushy salesman just trying to make his quota. What I got was the complete opposite. Right up until I signed on the dotted line I felt like Alan and Dan wanted me to get the best possible deal, even if that meant I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen and if you're on the fence about buying a Smart Car, I think you already know what to do, buy it and buy it from Park Place! More

Lazy service personnel Today, I went into Park Place to pick up my license plates (way after lunch) and to get a car wash. When I pulled up, I waited several minutes before Today, I went into Park Place to pick up my license plates (way after lunch) and to get a car wash. When I pulled up, I waited several minutes before I got out of my car to ask for assistance. When someone finally acknowledged that I needed assistance, I told them I needed to pick up my license plates and get a car wash. The service guy told me that the wait for a car wash was over an hour, and that I needed to go find my sales guy to get my license plates. I was appalled. I asked if this was an actual practice of Park Place, and he said "well, we can get them for you, but we are backed up." I told the guy "if I were an older lady driving an $90,000 Mercedes, would you make her go find her salesmen and get her license plates?" He did not say a thing. My entire family has Mercedes and have been treated very well, but today was just a ridiculous treatment of a customer. When you buy a luxury car, you expect luxury service. I definitely did not receive that service today. I am very disappointed in the service of Park Place Mercedes, and will think twice when I buy another car with them. More
