We've taken the vehicle back to the dealership repeatedly to fix the problem to no avail. Dealership has indicated through its service director, Shane Hazelwood, that problem is "normal". I have always driven Audi's, and this would be my first endeavor to the world of Mercedes Benz. I must admit, I am a picky person with specific tastes, David was able to find exactly what I was looking for and have the paperwork drawn up in an expedient manor. Outstanding Service! I am on my second E550 Coupe and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from Park Place Motorcars. I am always provided excellent service an I am on my second E550 Coupe and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from Park Place Motorcars. I am always provided excellent service and if something needs further repair or adjustment, they do what it takes to get it done. If need be, they will come to you, leave a loaner while they take your car to the shop. I am extremely picky, and they all know it. I only deal with Jay as he has gotten to know me, my cars and always provides the best customer service. No business is perfect. They had a period of time with high volume due to sales, which isn't a bad thing for them, but had some issues with the valet. Being me, I voiced my concerns to management and the problems were solved. I'm only saying this as I have seen some frustrations on this site and want to let it be known that if you do not communicate what is bothering you, it cannot be fixed! Happy Motoring :) More

This salesman gave me a percentage rate based on his assumption of my credit score with no prior knowledge of my financial situation. He was elusive, rude, presumptuous, and arrogant. He told a story about a homosexual man that came in with "high heels and carrying an Hermes bag" which had NOTHING to do with me. Next he wanted to talk about his kids. It was horrible. Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a car from Park Place. I wasn't even offered water to drink while someone went to find the salesman. This place is horrible and needs to retake the customer service training. More
The most horrible visit to Park Place Mercedes, Dallas I had the most horrible and embarrassing experience with John Stark, a sales consultant at Park Place Mercedes, Dallas on Sat May 10, 2015. I had been I had the most horrible and embarrassing experience with John Stark, a sales consultant at Park Place Mercedes, Dallas on Sat May 10, 2015. I had been working with Mr. Stark for the past couple of months on possibly purchasing a pre-owned 2014 E-Class or a new CLA 250. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a pre-owned ML 350 with Ryan at Park Place Volvo and didn't know Mr.Stark could have sold the car even though it was at their Volvo dealership. A week after that purchase I spoke to Mr. Stark about buying another vehicle and explained that my parents had arranged for the purchase of the ML 350 from Los Angeles and it was a gift for me. I didn't not want to disappoint Mr.Stark as he has always been gracious to me. I told him that I would be ready in the next 2-3 weeks and will make sure I purchase the vehicle with Mr. Stark. I brought the ML350 to the dealership for a car wash and noticed a 2015 VW GTI in the pre-owned lot. I went inside to see if Mr. Stark could show the car to me. He saw me walk toward him in the lobby as he was conversing with his fellow consultants and didn't even greet me. I said hello and he totally ignored me and waited until I asked to see the car. He then said that he wouldn't help me and was going to get someone else to because he had viewed the purchase file for the ML350 and out loud called me a liar in front of his peers. I tried to explain to him what happened and because I had a friend with me and didn't want him to know about my personal finances, but Mr. Stark did not give me a chance to explain. He then raised his voice at me and refused to assist me because I was dishonest. He shouted that I can get someone else to help me and that he was done with me as he walked away. I was mortified by what transpired and he did it in the middle of the lobby in front of his peers and with other clients walking by and they could hear the whole thing. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a sales consultant and especially when I came back to see buy a car from him. I was extremely embarrassed and felt like I never wanted to show my face at the dealership because he degraded me in public as I stood there and took it because I didn't want to embarrass Mr.Stark. I was so shocked at what transpired, I no longer wanted to see the VW anymore and walked back to the service depart to pick up my car. After this incident I most likely will never go back to Park Place Mercedes, Dallas for anything, even though the dealer is only 1.5 miles from my house. I am mad, outraged, and extremely disappointed at how i was treated as a client that almost bought two vehicles in less than 3 weeks.
