Best Experience! My new Family! The first time I walked onto the sales lot at Park Place Mercedes I was warmly greeted by John Shepard. No hard sales tactics, just friendly and ready The first time I walked onto the sales lot at Park Place Mercedes I was warmly greeted by John Shepard. No hard sales tactics, just friendly and ready to answer any questions. I explained to John that I was struggling with buying a BMW or a Mercedes. John explained the difference and assured me once I drove a Mercedes there would never be any other car I had rather drive. I told him I was just looking and he gave me his business card and said he would be happy to help me when I was ready to make a purchase. The next time I saw John he was ready to help me as soon as he knew I was on the lot asking for him. We test drove a newer car and although I liked the car something didn't seem to fit my needs. John searched his inventory and told me had exactly the car I would fall in love with on first sight. I left and stayed in touch with John as he was getting my car in perfect condition for me. The car was ready on the day John said it would be ready. All the paperwork was ready to be signed, financing was in place and all I had to do was test drive the car John said had my name on it. John was RIGHT! When I saw MY white 350 SLK Mercedes Benz sitting on the lot waiting for me to take my first drive in it, I fell in love! It was perfect! Everything I had dreamed of when I thought of owning a Mercedes Benz. John and I drove around while he showed me all the features of the car. When we returned to the dealership it was 1, 2, 3 and the car was mine! It has never been so easy! And I was introduced to everyone at the Park Place dealership that I might need to see in the future. Bobby Vance the service manager came out and personally welcomed me to the Mercedes Benz family and told me to always remember him if I needed service on my car. I then met J D, who would be my service advisor. He welcomed me to the family. I was taken to finance where I met Tony Dang. He was so very nice and made the experience very easy as all I had to do was sign the paperwork and the car was mine. He also said "Welcome to the Family of Mercedes Benz owners!". That is so Cool! Like a special club I now belong to and all members of the family are treated like royalty. I am so happy with my Mercedes 350 SLK. I love driving it and so proud to be the new owner. Everyone that sees my car says exactly what John said, " This car is YOU!". Thank you John Shepard and I am looking forward to many years of driving a Park Place Mercedes. More

Remember Your Very First Time! We all remember various experiences in life. From the first awkward aggressive slobbering kiss to purchasing your first car. So many fond retro memories come to mind from time to time. sScott and I are both from Oklahoma City and have always believed in maintaining a healty economy buy keeping our purchases north of the Canadian River. We pull up to this beautifully design lot trying to figure out where to park when we realized the brick pavers were purposely outlined a simple parking space. Then we walk out look around and all of a sudden a striking lady who looks like Miss Dallas from Park Place Mercedes come ssauntering over in some killer heels. All of suddenl we were test driving 2 Mercedes and then sitting at her desk getting a value of our Range Rover and of few options to review. She said there a lot to think about so feel free to call me and one of the most lasting impressing from us leaving the dealership is when she said "let's keep this conversation going and know that this is a fluid workable deal!" Darn it she roped us in with in an hour we contacted her and that's when it all started. So much to share with you so let me fast forward. She delivers the E350 to the Melroae Hotel with oversize bow on top - you Dallas folks hold true to things binging BIG. Sven the valet and guest love seeing something they've only seen in commercials.! We had friends join is from OKC and a few that live in Dallas see the car and see Miss Dallas Park Place! She was so impressive that our group invited her to join us for the entire evening. We consider her a friend and have shared this story with a lot of people back home that want to meet this knowledgeable, smart, quick sleek but down to earth person Aimee Thomas! I finally decided to purchase a new car and chose Park Place Motorcars, Dallas due to its wide range of inventory. I was very fortunate to be referred to Aimee Thomas as my sales consultant. She was very accommodating and was even willing to meet me at a convenient location, as I live quite a distance away from the dealership. Aimee was always accessible by phone, text or email to respond to any questions I had about the car that I wanted to purchase. She even took the time to find and take pictures of a car that had the exact specifications that I was looking for. When I was ready to purchase the car, she made the process fast and seamless. She was willing to adjust her schedule in order to accommodate me, understanding that I lived far away from the dealership. Aimee, together with the finance manager Robert Stucky, were very honest and did not try to sell me extra features. They only suggested what they knew would be beneficial to me. Aimee took the time to show me all that I needed to know about the car. I was very impressed with Aimee and the entire staff at Park Place.
