I purchased/leased a very hard-to-find AMG vehicle from her, and the transaction couldn't have been more swift and pleasant. From the start, Aimee worked to secure the vehicle and gather all required paperwork. What I thought may be an inevitable snag in the transaction (the grueling haggling process) turned out to be a breeze! I had to have the car shipped to another state, and Aimee and her co-workers arranged everything. The car was received in pristine condition and around my rigid work schedule. Aimee even was sure to send me plenty of pictures, videos, and even updates along the way. I am now a proud driver of a fine AMG beast! I can't thank Aimee and her crew enough for the outstanding job they did all around. I would recommend her without hesitation for anyone looking for first class service. More

Bryan is unrivaled in the amount of effort he puts into the customer experience and took the time to lay out all of the vehicles that fit my criteria and assess my personal needs. I had fully intended to shop around for other brands but within the first hour I felt like he was honest in his approach to selling me a car and genuinely cared about providing me with the best possible information. He spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the different models, determining payments (lease vs. purchase) and helped me set up all of the seats/radio/everything else in my new car. Even two months later I still regularly hear from Bryan to check in and he has been willing to take time to answer questions I have had about my vehicle in person. Bryan is incredibly responsive, attentive and professional in his approach to business and I will absolutely return to purchase future vehicles from him. More

After an online inquiry, I came into Park Place and met Ramzi Baransi - the consummate gentleman! Surveying my wants & needs of a vehicle, we went window shopping in the garage. Ramzi knew I wanted to downsize from my current SUV and helped me 'work' towards a smaller SUV - I chose a ML350. He drove, then I drove- the ML350 was great and more than I expected. We made a sale. Picking up the car was like no other car purchase I had ever experienced! Ramzi introduced his assistant, Jordan Ashford, who explained, unhurriedly and with ease, the details & offerings of not only Mercedes but Park Place.. He, then,escorted me to each department I would need & introduced me to the associate, not just pointing in that direction. Lastly, Jordan introduced me to my car - how amazingly helpful!! I have appreciated the follow up calls and emails; to be sure I was pleased with my purchase and that the dealership had helped me in every way necessary.
