After an online inquiry, I came into Park Place and met Ramzi Baransi - the consummate gentleman! Surveying my wants & needs of a vehicle, we went window shopping in the garage. Ramzi knew I wanted to downsize from my current SUV and helped me 'work' towards a smaller SUV - I chose a ML350. He drove, then I drove- the ML350 was great and more than I expected. We made a sale. Picking up the car was like no other car purchase I had ever experienced! Ramzi introduced his assistant, Jordan Ashford, who explained, unhurriedly and with ease, the details & offerings of not only Mercedes but Park Place.. He, then,escorted me to each department I would need & introduced me to the associate, not just pointing in that direction. Lastly, Jordan introduced me to my car - how amazingly helpful!! He was very thorough in demonstrating the electronics of the vehicles and discussing the differences between the ML 350 and GLK. Robert assisted with my finance papwork. He explained everything so that I had a full understanding. He was very friendly and worked hard to get me in and out.
