We initially contacted John regarding a vehicle we saw on Auto Trader.com and began our buying experience through email. John was quick to respond to an answer to our questions and even provided trade-in information in this manner. We arrived at the dealership at 5:15 on a Saturday, and even though they were closing at 6:00 pm John took us for a test drive. We decided to purchase, and the transaction was completed by the Finance Department representative in a timely manner. We left the dealership at 7:30 with our new vehicle and a great appreciation of the customer service of the Park Place dealership.
