John was quick to respond to an answer to our questions and even provided trade-in information in this manner. We arrived at the dealership at 5:15 on a Saturday, and even though they were closing at 6:00 pm John took us for a test drive. We decided to purchase, and the transaction was completed by the Finance Department representative in a timely manner. We left the dealership at 7:30 with our new vehicle and a great appreciation of the customer service of the Park Place dealership. We would recommend John Shepherd and Park Place Mercedes Benz to anyone and everyone. More

Purchasing a car at Park Place is simply the best experience in car purchasing I have experienced. The folks are excellent at understanding and delivering the car that I want, giving me the price I expected to pay and delivering the vehicle in excellent condition. Their big inventory of cars makes the selection easy. The sales rep spends the necessary time with me to understand all of the features of the car so that when I leave I am ready to enjoy the new car. Ramzi and Jordan are always available if I have questions when I call which is always helpful after the car is delivered. The service experience after delivery of the vehicles has been excellent, the car is always serviced in the time I expect and any problems are fixed during the first visit. We purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Mercedes E350 Bluete My experience with Park Place Mercedes-Benz in Dallas has been excellent in all regards. We purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Mercedes E350 Bluetec, which had 5000 miles on it, on April 30, 2014. Justin Cole assisted us via email and telephone in providing detailed information on the car, in answering all the questions we had about the car, and in negotiating a price with a trade-in allowance. Justin was outstanding throughout this process giving us the confidence to agree to a deal and drive from Corpus Christi to Dallas to pick up our “new” car. Everything was just as Justin assured us and we have been extremely happy with the car. On our return to Corpus Christi, we noticed that our “new” car was pulling noticeably (but not excessively), to the right. When we got home, we called Jason and he immediately initiated arrangements for us to take the car to the Corpus Christi Mercedes dealership to check the problem which was easily solved by tire rotation. In summary, we are enjoying our “new” Mercedes very much; Park place Mercedes treated us right both before and after the sale. More
