Great buying experience and fantastic care after the sale I visited Park Place Motorcars in Dallas (primarily a Mercedes-Benz dealer) with the intention of buying a pre-owned Lexus SC430. Beyond the dealersh I visited Park Place Motorcars in Dallas (primarily a Mercedes-Benz dealer) with the intention of buying a pre-owned Lexus SC430. Beyond the dealership being absolutely first-rate; the staff from the ladies at the front to the finance manager (Tony) at closing were all a pleasure to work with. My sales person, Justin C., and his assistant, Qhais were also great to worth with and a huge help in closing the deal. I was given fair-value on my trade and was happy with the price of my new vehicle. But beyond an excellent sales experience, was the incredible service after the sale. I purchased a non-Mercedes Benz vehicle, which had no remaining factory warranty. Upon driving the vehicle home, I discovered a major problem with the vehicle's antenna. I reached out to Justin and explained the situation. Justin promptly made arrangements for me to take the vehicle to their sister dealership, which was closer to my home and specialized in Lexus repair and service. Ultimately, Justin, nor the dealership, was under any obligation to help me or have this repair (which was in excess of $300), taken care of. But instead, they did everything to make sure they stood behind the vehicle they sold me - even at a cost to them. In short, if you're looking for a premium vehicle, go where you'll get a premium experience and premium service. Park Place will be my first stop when looking for my next car. More

Best experience we have had at a car dealership! I contacted Justin about a certified pre-owned 2013 Lunar Blue C 250. Justin did negotiate the price with me and I felt it was a win/win situation. I contacted Justin about a certified pre-owned 2013 Lunar Blue C 250. Justin did negotiate the price with me and I felt it was a win/win situation. I gave him an approximate price that I wanted to spend including TT&L as well as the options I wanted. I wanted the C 250 in Lunar Blue, no other color would do. Lunar Blue is an upgrade color for Mercedes and at the time there was not but one or two cars available, the one being the best match for me did not have heated seats. Justin arranged to sell me the 2013 C 250 I wanted. He also arranged to add the heated seats for a very reasonable price, still within the range that we wanted to spend including TT&L. John and I felt that we were treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive Mercedes although we certainly were not. I also liked Justin's work ethic of working hard to make the deal happen which means he negotiated and had a solution for the missing option. When I went to pick up my tags, the front license plat holder was missing from the trunk. They found one quickly and I was on my way back home. I love my C-250 and the heated seats work great. I wanted a classy and fun sports car that was easy to park and maneuver. The entire buying process was incredibly smooth and quick. Justin is genuine, personable and has a high level of integrity.
