Obviously having the best product gives you an advantage but you still need to convince your buyer to pay for that luxury. Then a friend introduced me to Bryan and Aimee and I found out my experiences in the past were horrible because the salesmen I encountered were robots that only cared about doing the least amount of work to make a quick sale, then throw you to the financial consultant (warranty-pusher in the back), and never bother to check on you again. All the Honda dealerships I went to started with the salesmen (yes, they were always men) asking me the same lame line "if I get you the payments to where you need them to be, can I earn your business today?" How about spending time with me and letting me decide without being pressured? I don't know if the training sales persons at Park Place receive is better or if they just hire better people--and it doesn't matter. What I do know is that from the minute I entered the dealership, everyone was extremely respectful and not in the least pushy. They didn't know if I wanted or even could buy a car that day but they spent the time I needed showing me the cars and going over the options with me without trying to influence or manipulate my decisions (at least not in a way that annoyed me). They were super cool (Bryan and Aimee are adorable) and now if I know anyone that's interested in buying a car, I think of them to send their way because I trust that they will have a great experience even after the sale is complete.
