As a woman looking for a car to purchase, it can be disconcerting. Leann made it so easy for me every step of the way. Delivery of the car was very exciting (it IS gorgeous), and she spent a great amount of time explaining the details of the car (both in and out). I feel I can call her at any time with any question -- she is so wonderful to work with and has made this purchase a happy experience. I visited the Honda dealership, chevy & then Merc Plano & finally Merc ParkPlace. and then my search stopped. They were able to provide me the car for test drive, despite of high demand of the vehicle. Plano merc, did not even have one to test drive. Park Place treated me royally to deliver the car. The experience was worthwhile. I was a tough customer to deal with, as i would haggle often and indecisive. I even chose EDP midway & they entertained it. It was nice working with them, i would like to refer these guys, if you want to buy a luxury car. More

Before coming to Park Place I visited a dealership that came from a place of no and was extremely worried about me being a first time buyer. Needless to say, I had extreme doubt when I finally got to Park Place. John made all of these negative feelings go away immediately and assured me that Park Place is THE dealership that cares and wants to work with me. Right from the start, John came from a place of yes and helped me get everything I wanted. The experience of looking for a used car is usually stressful, however John created a stress free environment and buying my car was actually fun! We had such a poor experience with the Houston sales associates and manager, that friends of ours encouraged us to give the Dallas dealership a shot. Within minutes of making an online inquiry, Bryan emailed and followed up with a phone call. I provided Bryan with all the specifications that i was looking for and within two hours he contacted me, letting me know how many cars in the state existed, how many were in the desired color, and how many had all my specifications. In my brief communication with the Houston dealership, they were so disorganized that they couldn't even find the car I was looking for, and informed me that they'd have to custom order it (which would take anywhere from 2-3 months). Bryan found the car I wanted within hours. After several emails (3-4) and one phone call, the car was mine! We enjoyed working with Bryan so much that we drove from The Woodlands to Dallas just to pick up the car! Bryan was extremely knowledgable and his customer service was exemplary. He even took the time to preset destinations from our town, as well as local radio stations. Bryan's customer service really set this experience apart from the other dealers and brands, so much so that my husband is considering purchasing a new Mercedes for himself, only through Bryan of course!
