I would like to share of my experience at Park Place Mercedes. After getting into an accident, and totaling in my Hyundai, I was afraid I was either not going to be able to get a new car for a long time Mercedes. When I and my fiance arrived at Park Place we were greeted by Leann McCants. I really was not expecting to be able to find something in my price range at Mercedes, but Leann assured us she would do everything she could to get me into a new set of wheels. When she told us she thought she could get me into a 2012 Smart car, with less than 15k miles, for less a month than I was paying for my Hyundai, I thought she was joking! After a test drive in, what I now affectionately call "Meep", I was sold. So much fun to drive, great gas mileage, SAFE. And all my friends and family want to ride in it! It doesn't even feel small when your in it! PARK IT ANYWHERE! lol! I could not be happier with my new car or my experience there. I researched the Mercedes ML350 for months on my own, until I was sure that it was the righ representative, Amine Dirare, exceeded my expectations. The dealership's excellent website allowed me to check on options, prices and inventory in advance, on my own and without pressure. When I went to Park Place to do a test drive, Amine was able to listen, assess my needs, and meet me where I was, without resorting to canned sales pitches and time-wasting tactics. We were able to strike a deal pretty quickly, without the gamesmanship that I had experienced at some dealerships in the past. Amine even made the first proposal on price rather than making me give them "my number." I was satisfied with the final price (and the trade in allowance for two cars), which compared favorably with what various online websites had led me to expect. Now, two months after the deal, I have no buyer's remorse, only positive feelings about my choice of vehicle and the negotiation of the deal. What made this such a positive experience for me? Professionalism -- Park Place exudes quality and attention to detail in every way, in the products, the facilities and the people.
