As much as I try to change to another brand of car from Mercedes, I always comes back to Park Place. Whether it's a Lexus, Jaguar, Porsche, there is no other place I enjoy and truly trust than the Park Place Family. The biggest concern amongst most consumers is pressure. And that is absolutely one thing I treasure about Park Place. They never talk negative about other brands, they completely know the in's and out's of every model, and help you make the right choice whether it's at Park Place or another. They truly want what's best for you. And I could never have come back so many times without Hesham and Sue Hagles continue support and appreciation for their customers. As for the service department, your in and out. Loan cars are always available, service is quick, and it always comes back clean and ready to ride. Justin is very knowledgeable about M-B cars, programs and specials, and worked diligently with me to put together the win-win deal I was looking for. The day I consummated the deal, the car was waiting fully detailed out front. The finance department supported the deal in a highly professional manner, and I was in and out in no time. I would like to share of my experience at Park Place Mercedes. After getting into an accident, and totaling in my Hyundai, I was afraid I was either not going to be able to get a new car for a long time Mercedes. After getting into an accident, and totaling in my Hyundai, I was afraid I was either not going to be able to get a new car for a long time, or that if I was able to find something I could afford, that it would be a junker. When I and my fiance arrived at Park Place we were greeted by Leann McCants. I really was not expecting to be able to find something in my price range at Mercedes, but Leann assured us she would do everything she could to get me into a new set of wheels. When she told us she thought she could get me into a 2012 Smart car, with less than 15k miles, for less a month than I was paying for my Hyundai, I thought she was joking! After a test drive in, what I now affectionately call "Meep", I was sold. So much fun to drive, great gas mileage, SAFE. And all my friends and family want to ride in it! It doesn't even feel small when your in it! PARK IT ANYWHERE! lol! I could not be happier with my new car or my experience there.
