I was looking at two different vehicles at different dealerships (Park Place Dallas and Mercedes Benz of Dallas) and was trying to get the best deal that I could. Both dealerships were well aware that I was speaking to both of them. MB Dallas did get me a great deal which slightly beat the Park Place deal in price but on a different vehicle (not apples to apples) but ultimately I chose the vehicle (and deal) that was offered at Park Place which was black with the Sports Package on the GLK350. It was a tough decision but I liked the vehicle better at Park Place. I contacted MB Dallas within 5 hours of them providing me with their best offer (made to beat Park Place) to let them know I chose the other vehicle (at the time it had nothing to do with MB Dallas dealership just my preference of vehicle) and the sales agent at MB Dallas became aggressive and asked if there was anything he could do to recoup the time spent with me (which was all over the phone and pretty limited, in my opinion). The fact that the sales agent at MB Dallas ended up treating me very disrespectfully, even though I was up front and honest with them about my negotiating with another dealership and my letting MB Dallas know extremely quickly of my decision, only solidified that I made the right decision in choosing Bryan Chaffee and Park Place Dallas. Bryan Chaffee does not make you feel pressured but rather gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision. Bryan certainly wanted a sell from me but even when he thought I might choose another dealership (and vehicle) he still treated me with respect and just told me the pros of him and his dealership. He never made me feel pressured or bad if I really wanted the other vehicle at MB Dallas. Bryan's style of selling vehicles was truly refreshing and why he has received my business now and in the future. Once I purchased the vehicle, Bryan spent a lot of time with me going over the features of the vehicle and answering my questions. My 93 year old mother was rear ended while stopped in traffic in her Cadillac DeVille by a 17 year old travelling in excess of 45 mph. Her beloved 17th Cadillac was totaled. From the first inquiry to the delivery of the car to her in South Texas, Justin Cole handled all the inspections, storage, paperwork, and shipping of the car without me ever having to set foot in Dallas. My favorite part was the great deal I received as well. Never buying a car over the internet let alone one that I did not see in person was a concern, but Justin handled each of my concerns, provided options, handled the inspections by a third party, and shipped it to my mother's door. I have been driving BMW's for the past 15 yrs. While searching for a new car, first place I went was BMW, terrible service, a sales person who didn't really know the car very well. They continued to email me with better offers. My best friends husband is a car guy and offered to go with me, while he was doing some online research, he emailed a picture of the C250 to me. It perked my interest, I've always wanted a Mercedes so that Sat, he set up an apt with Michael Green. His son has an S series. My experience at the dealership was fantastic ! Michael was friendly, well versed and I never felt rushed or pressured. When I decided to lease (which I have never done), after a little negotiating with my car, I found a payment I was comfortable with. My experience with Robert in finance was also great, he is very efficient but friendly and gave me every assurance that I would be approved. The dealership itself is beautiful, well laid out, comfortable, clean and welcoming, unlike the BMW dealership across the street. I came back on Sat for delivery of the car and experienced the car wash area, attendants were friendly and engaging. All in all a great experience and I LOVE the car ! More
