My girlfriend's BMW was nearing higher mileage than I was comfortable with her driving. We found some certified pre-owned Mercedes in the Park Place inventory. She purchased her BMW from Stacey Rush and was comfortable with her driving. We found some certified pre-owned Mercedes in the Park Place inventory. She purchased her BMW from Stacey Rush and had a great transaction on that purchase. We explored the pros and cons on a select few and we finally decided on the one we thought was the right fit. All of this was conducted over the internet. Stacey was very attentive and answered all of our concerns on the various models we were considering. We finally made our choice and an offer. Stacey worked with her sales manager and came with an acceptable offer for our trade. We made an appointment to make an inspection and close the deal a few days later. We arrived and our vehicle was parked in front and ready for a test drive. We cruised around for a bit and raced back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. We returned to Park Place and Stacey took us to Paul Clay, the business manager who went through the documents and formalities and thoroughly explained the additional services we could purchase for our new car. He was professional and thorough in closing our purchase. We met up with Stacey again after another trip to the coffee bar and then out for a final walk through. Stacey synched up our cell phone on the hands free feature and explained all the other gadgets that we inquired about. Stacey further explained all the perks that come with our purchase and the convenience of ownership from a Park Place purchase. It was a pleasure working with Stacey and the whole Park Place crew. Stacey was very professional, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is outstanding. We will continue to make our future purchases with Stacey Rush at Park Place. Park Place Motorcars advertises and promotes itself as one of the, if not the, finest dealerships in all areas. That is a pretty high standard and it certainly sets expectations for customers....it did f one of the, if not the, finest dealerships in all areas. That is a pretty high standard and it certainly sets expectations for customers....it did for us. We went to the dealership not truly ready to buy, just starting the "looking process". We were met quickly and very pleasantly by Rola' Belew who neither pushed nor pulled but let us see what we thought we might like, worked with us showing what all was available in our price range and after listening suggested some alternatives. We found a car we loved and the process of the purchase went very smoothly as would be anticipated. Everyone Rola' introduced us to was very pleasant and professional, all ready to help in any way.
