Positive experience with Park Place started with my first e-mail to the dealership inquiring about a new CLA. Within an hour, Bryan Chaffee responded and we set up an appointment for a test drive that aftern e-mail to the dealership inquiring about a new CLA. Within an hour, Bryan Chaffee responded and we set up an appointment for a test drive that afternoon. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by a professional and friendly receptionist who offered me coffee or water while I waited. Since it took all of 30 seconds from Bryan to appear, I declined. We talked for a few minutes and took the test car out. I loved it and put down a deposit on a new CLA that was on its way from the factory. Transit problems delayed the car's delivery for a week beyond what we expected and, since I had already sold my old car, Bryan set me up with a loaner to drive, free of charge, while we waited. The next week he called me when my car arrived, offering to deliver it to my home. Since I was close by I elected to pick it up at the dealership. Bryan met me at the door and introduced me to my new ride. He had already preset the radio stations to my favorites, and adjusted the sound levels, lighting, navigation options, etc. to their optimal settings. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's features and gave me time to try everything, ensuring that I could get the most out of my new vehicle from the first time I drove it! He helped me link my i-phone, answered all of my questions, explained the manuals and service schedule; he even presented me with a M-B hat, as a gift - a "small thing", but a really nice touch! I have bought (probably) 7-8 new cars and never has my experience been better than it was here. Total class and professionalism from beginning to end. I have the highest praise for Bryan Chaffee and Park Place Motorcars! Great job!! More

I'm a straight shooter who doesn't play games and I really appreciate that I got the same in return. The initial negotiations were easy and the special order went smoothly and as expected. There were no false promises or unreasonable expectations from either end which made everything easier. I ordered the car on 9/10 and I was told I would probably have it by Thanksgiving. Bryan kept me in the loop throughout the "waiting game" and the car arrived to the dealer on Black Friday. The timing was spot on! Throughout the process Bryan was always honest, up to date and helpful when I had concerns about the car, financing or possible incentives. I also appreciated that Paul was as professional and straight as Bryan during my short visit with him about trying to close the deal in November but had there been a financial incentive for me to wait until December he would have done that too. The visit with Roderick in the F&I office was quick and painless, I knew what I wanted, they knew what they could offer and they even helped me with working a 3rd party trade-in from my car for a tax benefit that they had no real incentive to do other than goodwill. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend buying a car from Bryan and Park Place Mercedes Dallas. More

Mr. Alan Johnson and Mr. Bryan Chaffee were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. First, they helped me find the car that met all my needs. They then walked me through each step of the paperwork, ensuring that I entirely understood each page. Afterward, they even took the time to come out to the car and show me how to sync my phone to the vehicle's audio system! Their expert knowledge and exceeding customer service skills are the reasons I will be returning to this dealership. Thanks guys! More
Their customer service is very sub-par. If I had to buy my car all over again, I would have never bought it from them just because of all the issues with the service department. I actually had a girl tell my car all over again, I would have never bought it from them just because of all the issues with the service department. I actually had a girl tell me once that they would rather not schedule a service appointment during lunch because that's when their employees ate lunch. You got to be kidding me?! Today, I tried to reserve a loaner car while at the dealership and instead of taking care of it right then and there they told me to call a 1-800 to schedule it. I hate bringing my car to get serviced there because the service personnel is either not friendly or friendly but clueless. Either way it ends up being a headache every single time. More
