I went in to Mercedes Benz Park Place Motorcars in Dallas as a return customer with high hopes. Unfortunately, those hopes were slashed with poor customer service, unprofessional workplace social politics, as a return customer with high hopes. Unfortunately, those hopes were slashed with poor customer service, unprofessional workplace social politics, passive aggressive verbal abuse, and a complete absence of follow-up. Being that my prior experiences with this dealership were good, albeit not spectacular, I was shocked to see how a sales associate allowed his obvious jealousy, resentment, and frustration with my financial standing and relationship to blindside what was a shoe-in sale. The sales associate repeatedly suggested entry level Mercedes, even after I expressed interest in specific upgraded models with MSRPs nearly double the cost. I was told that I did not "need all that" and was avoided on many occasions for test drives. The sales associate made my girlfriend feel incredibly uncomfortable with inappropriate advances, and even after I bit my tongue and let bygones be bygones, he continued to belittle me and degrade her. Obviously, his behavior was mortifying and led me not only to other dealerships, but also other sales associates. Sadly, the pressure of "taking" another sales associate's customer deterred others from helping me with a new Mercedes. With competitive dealerships blowing up my phone, conscientiously pursuing a sale, it was utterly shocking to see my sales associates and his peers at Mercedes sleeping on a sale with a smug, unresponsive, cavalier attitude. Financial situations vary, and indeed they can change for the better or for the worse. While my changed for the better, it was not well received at Mercedes Benz Park Place in Dallas, and I will no longer be a customer. The sales associate I worked with, or rather the sales associate who refused to work, was Chris Rupert. I do not recommend him to anyone for any reason. Initially, his energy seems positive, but you will find he talks primarily about himself, is not all that familiar with the cars he sells, and lies pointlessly (e.g., claiming to make an exception to waive a fee that Mercedes does automatically). You have options as a customer, and you should never choose to be treated incorrectly. Especially for a purchase that is substantial. After multiple, unfixable mistakes, Chris Rupert and Park Place Mercedes Dallas missed the mark in a big way. More

Worked with Justin Cole to purchase a pre-owned 2010 LS 460L and had a great experience. He was a pleasure to work with and my Lexus is a great car that I was able to buy at a very good price. My wife and I drove from Abilene, 200 miles, and called Shilo 20 minutes before arriving at noon and he promptly met us and showed us several Mercedes. He educated us on the newer model's features since we were still driving our 2002 E430 and after test driving several models we decided on a beautiful 2011 certified pre-owned E350. Thanks to Shilo, it matched our requirements of being sporty/luxury and we love the car. Shilo was really knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and non-pressuring as we went to eat lunch at a great little sandwich bar that he recommended and returned to get a good price on our trade-in and great price on the E350 and closed the deal and drove back to Abilene all in the same day. The entire process was pleasant and every person we had contact at the dealership was exceptionally professional. More

Bryan’s managed to have our GLK rerouted to Dallas and we had our vehicle in 10 days. His amazing product knowledge and professionalism has not gone unnoticed and will continue to praise his name. My email was promptly responded to, a meeting time was set up for that upcoming weekend and when I arrived, the car I had looked at online was ready for me to test drive. That car was not ultimately the one I choose but when I went back to make my decision, those vehicles were ready for me to drive, learn about and make a final decision. Park Place followed up every step of the way, answered any questions I had and made my experience one of the best ones I have had when purchasing a vehicle. More

I have been looking to get a new car for about a year now. I was speaking with a friend about it and he suggested I go to Park Place Motors to speak with Bryan Chaffee. As I entered Park Place I was gr now. I was speaking with a friend about it and he suggested I go to Park Place Motors to speak with Bryan Chaffee. As I entered Park Place I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who stated that Bryan was with another client but would return soon. While waiting for Bryan to return I was greeted by Marc Alexander who took me around and showed me the cars that I was interested in. I was looking to get the new CLA but they did not have the exact one I wanted in inventory. Bryan called me a couple of days later and told me they would have one with in two weeks. 10 days later I am in my brand new CLA. Purchasing vehicles in the past have been very time consuming and a complete nightmare. This time the process was smooth and painless. I highly recommend Bryan and Mark to future car buyers. More
