I drive a Mercedes because of Park Place. The dealership is wonderful and Andy Parker is terrific. It's odd to say about a car dealership,but I get a good feeling just walking in the door. The one thing that irritated me about this experience is that, 2 days after taking delivery of the car, a truck whizzed by and threw up a stone, putting a nice size ding in the hood. PPMC did a good job of promptly reparing the damage but then they charged me $97.50 for doing it in spite of the fact that I had bought the ding protection. "That's just for the doors", was the explanation. To me a ding is a ding regardless of where it is. It wasn't so much the money as it was the principle. This is my first experience with PPMC when customer satisfaction didn't appear to be paramount. More

My wife, Barbara, and I have been customers of Park Place Motorcars ("PPM") in Dallas (and its predecessor) for over 30 years, during which time Barbara has always driven Mercedes-Benz vehicles acquired from Motorcars ("PPM") in Dallas (and its predecessor) for over 30 years, during which time Barbara has always driven Mercedes-Benz vehicles acquired from and serviced by PPM. Always in the process, I have insisted that Barbara initiate and negotiate the acquisition of any new vehicle that she was to drive and work with her assigned service representative at PPM. Barbara recently acquired a new 2014 Model E 350 Mercedes-Benz luxury class sedan with the able assistance of Jeff Davidson, and I attended the closing explanatory conference and finalization of the transaction. The attention to detail of the transaction that Barbara received in the process from Jeff Davidson was remarkable. Barbara traded in her 1998 E 320 with approximately 64,000 miles on it which she treated like a baby for 15 years and Jeff , with input from Nolan Bedford, maximized the value attributed to it. Moreover, Jeff took special care to answer all of Barbara's question about and explain and reiterate all of the nice advantages and unique nuances of the new vehicle. The most affirmative impact, the real difference, however, that Jeff made in the process was his exceptional ability to respond in a favorable manner to a number of "deal terms" in the transaction. That is , Jeff and Nolan worked diligently to address these matters in a positive way to eventually assure that the transaction was made. Accordingly. we are pleased to rate Jeff at the top for his exceptional service, comprehensive knowledge of the new vehicle, affirmative, gracious attitude and overall quality of presentation, and to note special appreciation forJeff and Nolan for their efforts to make the price right as well.
