When I met my sales consultant he was so well informed, low key, professional and able to match both my price and financing that I bought the car that night. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Park Place and have been telling everyone that they should start their shopping there. They won't need to go anywhere else. More

Unfortunately Park Place Mercedes is the only Mercedes dealer within a 30 minute drive. My 2013 ML350 has been back 3 times and Park Place has, if anything, made things worse. They returned my car to me dealer within a 30 minute drive. My 2013 ML350 has been back 3 times and Park Place has, if anything, made things worse. They returned my car to me without the coolant reservoir cap in place. they've returned my car to me dirty and with a tire that needs air. Once I took a test drive and the test car ran out of gas! Really they're clueless. Take my advice and drive out to Grapevine or Ewing instead of visiting Park Place. Worst dealer ever. I guarantee I will never buy a Mercedes ever again, and Park Place is at least 50% of the reason. More

We found the vehicle we were looking for to replace a car that had been totaled in an accident.
