Unfortunately Park Place Mercedes is the only Mercedes dealer within a 30 minute drive. My 2013 ML350 has been back 3 times and Park Place has, if anything, made things worse. They returned my car to me dealer within a 30 minute drive. My 2013 ML350 has been back 3 times and Park Place has, if anything, made things worse. They returned my car to me without the coolant reservoir cap in place. they've returned my car to me dirty and with a tire that needs air. Once I took a test drive and the test car ran out of gas! Really they're clueless. Take my advice and drive out to Grapevine or Ewing instead of visiting Park Place. Worst dealer ever. I guarantee I will never buy a Mercedes ever again, and Park Place is at least 50% of the reason. More

We found the vehicle we were looking for to replace a car that had been totaled in an accident. This was my first experience with Park Place Dallas and I have to say that I have never been treated as well as I was by Bobby Vance.
