My last 4 cars have been from Park Place. This was my first interaction with Michael Crowder. The previous 3 cars were with a different person, who is no longer there. Michael was outstanding. We discussed all the details over the phone first. I told him specifically what I wanted and needed. Michael delivered. I only had to make one visit to the dealership to complete the transaction. My fiance was so impressed, she contacted Michael hoping to obtain her first Mercedes. Well, there are now two new Mercedes in our garage and we are paying the same as we were for our last two cars. Sales person refused to answer any further questions, stating that Mercedes is just better car and no point even explaining. I felt very disrespected and unappreciated. First time Luxury car blues. What should have been an exciting experience turned out to be disappointment after disappointment. I initially talked to Augustine on the phone concerning my visit to look at a used S550. I was told he was unavailable when I arrived and was served by a grumpy abrasive Best Craig. He was very short on responding to my questions like I was disturbing him. On a few occasions I started to ask for someone else to assist me. However I was attempting to be be bigger than the bad atmosphere I was experiencing. Long story short. I was there comparing a park palace vehicle to another I had found online. Instead of trying to assist me in making a decision he said “I don’t care about the other car”. I have never been treated so rudely but maybe that is how it’s done on this vehicle buying level. If that wasn’t enough. I returned one week to the date of my purchasing a 2014 S550 from Park Place to ask about the outdated computer system. I asked for the used car sales manager. Rola. He came out I explained my concerns and questions. He states let me go and look it up. Instead of him returning guess who shows up, yep Best Craig. I told him I did not ask for him I asked for the manager. He tells me the manager is NOW unavailable. My post is not so much about the vehicle as it is about the service or the lack there of I received. This was supposed to be a “top of the line” service and vehicles. I guess 1 out of 2 is not bad. Disappointed in the Park Place experience. More
