Before we give an assestment of our recent purchase, some background information is in order. We brought our 2011 GLK 350 for service in January, 2013. The answer to that question starts with a phone message left by John Dagnan from Park Place, asking if we would like to trade our car in at the same payment and nothing down. Normally, I would erase a message left by a salesman. But there was something in John's voice that seemed sincere. So we went in to see him. After meeting with John, his down to earth approach was refreshing. John is personable, well spoken and polite.....and extremely knowledgeable. He meets all the criteria of a Mercedes Benz Sales Consultant. Have highly recommended John to family and friends. We also have high praise for Jimmy Morales and Robert Stuckey. My husband had had a Mercedes as his car since 1976. He will not have any other vehicle. We had leased a car thru Nedd two years ago and were very satisfied. This time we decided to buy an E350Blu-Tec and we went right back to Nedd! He is extremely knowlegable, professional and friendly! He made us feel as if we are his most important customers! He took the time to answer all questions and to give us different options without making us feel rushed. He was even able to maintain his composure while my husband dithered about a different car AFTER he had committed to another car and we were there to take delivery! The radio stations from the old car were already installed on the radio in the new car. He never made us feel rushed and let my husband have his dream fling and then we went home in the original car. Brian helped us with some of the new technology items and he is very good at that and also patient with older folks who are not quite so tech savvy. All in all, I cannot imagine going to another sales person and dealership to purchase a car. We feel that we have found a friend at Park Place and will continue to go there. Service is great also. Although a diesel does not need a lot of servicing but when it needs anything-Park Place here we come. More

Well I went on my birthday to trade in my old Mercedes and see what I could drive off with that day. This was my first time going to Park Place so I was a little excited to see what selection of cars they and see what I could drive off with that day. Within a few minutes of being on property Todd introduced himself. After viewing severals cars that interested me, I basically told Todd what I was looking for, what I could afford to pay. After a few hours, Todd gave me the big surprised. After several hours of negotiating with the finance dept and lenders, I gotten approved for a 2009 Mercedes C300. It basically had every thing I wanted in my new car plus it had a very low gas mileage. The car looked amazing. Todd was very professional, honest, and did everything possible to make this approval happen for me. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.
