I was pleasantly surprised by this dealership. I actually was on the way to ANOTHER dealership on the same street, and stopped in because I saw a lot of customers out looking around at cars that day, so it w was on the way to ANOTHER dealership on the same street, and stopped in because I saw a lot of customers out looking around at cars that day, so it was coincidental that I came in. Upon entering Park Place, I was immediately serviced, and sat down with Bryan. I was tired because I had just come in from a trip, and was a little apprehensive and cranky, but I wanted to see what they offered there. I was asked a few questions specific to me, like what type of lifestyle I led, what I do on a daily basis, to determine what type of vehicle would best fit my needs. Then Bryan took me out to see a couple of cars that might have interested me, and my eyes beelined straight to a 5 series BMW that I had been wanting for a year. But when we looked at the interior, he thought that a light colored interior would not be the best option since I have two destructive daughters :) So he suggested something that was actually a little bit cheaper AND had black leather interior, lower miles, and was an SUV, which fit a lot better since I have subwoofers and my kids and I are athletes. The car buying process literally took less than an HOUR! My last purchase was an American car, costed more, and was something I did NOT want, with a substantially higher interest rate, but Bryan actually found a Benz for me that was cheaper, fit my lifestyle, and I am in love with. I can't wait to find reasons to drive my car everyday! I also received a folder of discounts and complimentary gifts that was PRICELESS. I also have had my car serviced a couple of times, and was treated with the same respect and high quality service, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to any and everyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
