He worked diligently to make sure that the transaction from Houston, Texas to Dallas,Texas was as seamless as possible. Prior to the purchase of these two cars, I purchase vehicles from Sewell because of Sewell’s renowned customer service, an both with Mike Kavanaugh. My experience with Park Place, and specifically Mike Kavanaugh, has opened my eyes to a completely new experience. Mike’s not only interested in making a sale, but he’s interested in making the sales process one that’s a painless event. With both purchases, instead of telling me how the transaction would work, Mike asked me how I would like the transaction to work. His eagerness to please made both my buying experiences pleasurable. In both cases, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. When Mike and I conducted our first transaction, I drove the new car away. In the second transaction, I had to come back the next day to pick up the car. Not because of Mike, but because I left my checkbook at home. As he delivered the new car, Mike made sure that I was introduced to a Service Rep in the event that I had any issues. He also invited me to call him with any issues. And within a few days after the closing transaction, he personally followed up to make sure everything was going well. Because of my past experience with Mike, I’ve not only recommended Park Place to friends, but I’ve specifically recommended Mike.
