Everything about the transaction was made easy by Nedd and Mike. They were very fairin their negotation on proce and I have bought or leased six cars previopusly from that team so they know me well and th and Mike. This, I believe, is October 11, 2012 Dear Mr. Morris: My husband and I arrived home in our new Mercedes last night in smiles from ear to ear!!! This, I believe, is our 5th Mercedes from THE “One and Only” Sue Hagle!!! I cannot begin to tell you what an asset she is to your company ?! With her longevity and loyalty to Mercedes Benz, I know you must know…but on my end, as such a satisfied, complete customer…I have to tell you! She responds to everything – promptly, quickly and in detail! She answers every call, every email, every question one could have with grace, kindness and such accuracy!!! She never stops answering and trying until you are 2010% happy with the Mercedes you want to purchase! You tell her what you want…and she finds it! …and the beauty of it all…she does it while focused, but yet the most beautiful smile on her face with the best heart! In all the years of buying cars, we have never known anyone liker her…and because of her, I don’t think my husband or myself could buy any other car but a Mercedes Benz and from Dallas Park Place all because of our one and only Sue Hagle! Just when I think our experience could never get better from the last one…she continues to top it off and make it even better!!! Our car today, was ordered…ensuring everything we wanted was delivered! We are on our 1st baby and due any day now…and her beautiful heart said if we were to go into labor and our new car wasn’t in yet, she would get us a loaner – Mr. Morris…who does that? …and who has a heart to think of that! Of course, we have plenty of family and friends…but it’s her courtesy and kindness that glows through!!! So, we arrive tonight at Mercedes to purchase our car…LOVING our new Benz!!! …she was supposed to be off at 5pm…and I am sure anxious to get home like everyone is…but would you believe she stayed until 7pm closing our sale with a smile as big as Texas ?!!! …we completed all of the paperwork, bought the car and then she walked us outside and went through EVERY single detail, step by step on the car!!! It was absolutely amazing and so incredibly generous with her time!!! So, Mr. Morris…this is the type of woman your dealership is so blessed to have! She is truly ONE in a million and because of her, we will NEVER go to any other Mercedes dealership, purchase from any other Sales Consultant, etc! She is truly an asset to your company and Park Place Mercedes Dallas is better because you have her!!!
